The 5th Francophone International Symposium on the Treatment of Opioid Dependence will take place in Rabat, Morocco from November 30th to December 2nd 2016.

National Addictions Awareness Week and Drug awareness week 2016

The National Addictions Awareness Week (NAAW) 2016, led by the Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse (CCSA), is taking place between November 13–19 2016 on the theme “Addiction Matters.”
NAAW 2016 also coincides with the Canada’s Opioid Conference and Summit, which will respectively take place on Friday and Saturday, November 18 and 19, in Ottawa. The Conference will be broadcasted live (November 18, 2016, from 8:30 am to 5:50 pm). Click here to view the conference and learn how to participate via social media.

The 29th Drug Awareness Week will be held from November 20–26, 2016 on the themes “There’s No Magic Formula—Stay in Control!” for young people age 13 to 24 and “Assertiveness is the Key” for 10 to 12 year olds.
